‘Bombshell’ is inspired by the American craft brewers who originated the style but tips the cap to the British brewers that perfected the ingredients for generations. Crisp bitterness is coupled with malty sweetness that is seasoned with a fruity hop character. This beer is perfect for any occasion and is approachable for any drinker. Its true what they say: blondes ARE more fun.

Description

Inspired by the pale ales of Belgium, American craft brewers in the late 1800s sought to create a style of beer that would be truly universal. A style that would sit comfortably the glass of European lager drinkers and English cask ale drinkers alike. A style that would satisfy hop lovers and malt masters. A style so drinkable, satisfying and stylish that it quickly took over the world.

Our ‘Bombshell’ blonde ale is our take on this truly universal style. Here we feature a malt bill inspired by the same British and European brewers that inspired those American craft brewers that invented this crowd pleasing beer. British pale ale malt provides the perfect, clean canvas for the subtly toasty Munich and sweet crystal malts to sit. The only way to balance this delicate flavour palate is to add the crisp bitter fruitiness of a classic American Malt bill featuring the most classic of all American hops: Cascade. Our recipe ties all of these ingredients together with our favourite English ale yeast that brings a true depth of flavour that sits well in any glass.

This all-grain beer kit includes all the grain and hops that you’ll need to make this traditional English IPA along with a package of English ale yeast for fermentation. We have also included an instructional card and links to other resources for a worry-free brew day.

Much like Pink Floyd’s – Wish You Were Here, Bombshell Blonde is a beautiful creation. It’s gentle with a taste of sweet melodies to underline the crisp bitterness.

Bombshell Blond is an excellent ale

The description wasn’t lying when it said blondes have more fun! This is utterly delicious and I can’t recommend enough! For a definite newbie to craft beers I was mad at myself for waiting for so long to try them but if the rest of them taste anything like this then I am SOLD!
